Job Title: Senior Systems/Data Analyst – MMIS Data Conversion
Location: Richmond, VA – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: (14 months)
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Conversion
Lead full‑cycle FAS data conversion strategy, including mapping, transformation, crosswalks, and reconciliation. [RRF-VA DMA...ion-798514 | Word]
Analyze and validate large datasets for Member, Claims, and Finance data.
Manage mock conversions, data validation cycles, and anomaly resolution.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for conversion logic, mapping rules, and validation outcomes.
Work closely with ETL teams to ensure clean, accurate, and compliant data migration.
Support architecture teams to optimize conversion performance and cutover strategy.
Ensure all conversion efforts meet regulatory, audit, and business quality standards.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop and execute SIT, UAT, and End‑to‑End test strategies.
Support testing of COTS applications and MES module integrations.
Write test scenarios, test cases, and manage test data.
Lead defect triage meetings and ensure resolution of issues across multiple vendors.
Track, analyze, and communicate test results and progress to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Healthcare & MMIS
Highly Desirable: Experience working with MMIS (Medicaid Management Information System) or Conduent.
(Preference will be given to candidates with Conduent background.)
Data Analysis & Conversion (10 years)
