Key Responsibilities
Data Documentation & Governance
- Develop and maintain data flow diagrams (DFDs), data scope definitions, and data contracts for supervisory systems and migration initiatives
- Create, review, and validate source-to-target mappings to ensure alignment with enterprise data standards
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data mappings, transformations, and control models
- Design and execute test plans and data quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability
- Document test results, defects, and remediation actions
- Investigate data issues, risks, and reporting gaps in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders
- Support implementation and enhancement of supervisory data models aligned with the product roadmap
- Develop and validate reports and dashboards using BI tools
- Work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements and align deliverables
- Support business-as-usual (BAU) controls and ongoing system enhancements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data integrity and governance processes
- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data quality/UAT, or data governance
- Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Oracle) for data profiling and validation
- Hands-on experience with ETL and data integration tools (Informatica, SSIS, Alteryx)
- Experience working with AWS, Snowflake, and data pipeline transformations
- Working knowledge of Python for data transformation and quality checks
- Experience developing or validating dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools
- Proven experience writing UAT scripts, executing test plans, and tracking defects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
