- 4 years as a Business Analyst on data/reporting applications (healthcare preferred)
- 7 years creating BRDs, system design docs, process flows, and training materials
- 5 years working with business and technical teams to gather requirements
- 7 years developing/executing test scripts, test cases, and data validation
- 2 years in Agile environment (user stories, ceremonies)
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and documentation skills
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Medicaid, Medicare, or health insurance domain experience preferred
- Cognos reporting preferred
- JIRA, SharePoint, Outlook
