Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis to generate actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Design and execute experiments and causal inference studies to support data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows using modern data engineering tools
- Build and deploy AI-driven or LLM-powered solutions for analytics use cases
- Work with knowledge graph technologies to structure and analyze complex data relationships
- Establish and maintain data governance practices, including data quality, metadata, and stewardship
- Define and standardize business metrics and KPIs across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and usability
- Communicate complex technical findings in a clear, business-friendly manner
- 12 years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or consumer goods domain
- Strong programming skills in:
- SQL
- Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels or similar libraries)
- Experience with causal inference techniques and experiment design
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines (Airflow, dbt, Spark, etc.)
- Practical experience with AI agents or LLM-based applications
- Familiarity with knowledge graph technologies (RDF, Neo4j, property graphs)
- Experience in data governance practices:
- Data quality management
- Metadata management
- Data stewardship
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with multi-agent frameworks:
- Claude Agent SDK
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- Exposure to ontology design and entity resolution (especially in retail)
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK or similar)
- Knowledge of graph query languages:
