- Load: Carries 4-5 projects.
- Sizing: 1,000 hrs (small), 3,500 hrs (medium), 5,000 hrs (large).
- Senior Program Manager Tier: Looking for someone to manage around 55k average hours without help.
- Focus: Manage anything independently, track financials/budgets, and work with resource managers.
- Experience: 5 years in program management space.
- Capacity: Can manage 3-4 programs.
- Requirement: Must have Cyber experience
- Certifications: CPM, APM, PMP
