This position is for a Cyber Security Engineer/ISSE to lead cyber execution on the program. You will be the primary interface to the customer, program office, and will coordinate with multiple engineering teams across the program in an Agile team environment. You will interface with Operations, Development, Deployment, and Systems Engineering teams, and will help to derive innovative solutions to complex technical problems to provide our customers with a secure system and new capabilities. In addition, you will interface and collaborate cross-functionally with government personnel, customer partners, subcontractors, local engineers, and geographically dispersed teammates.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $145,200 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be DoD 8140 Qualified IAT Level II certification or higher.
- Experience with identification and implementation of cyber requirements using Risk Management Framework methodologies.
- Experience with DoD cybersecurity requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Engineering and/or CAMEO Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps tools (Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD)
- Experience with Offensive or Defensive Cyber Operations and respective tools (Snort, Suricata, Zeek/Bro)
- Experience with Git source control and Gitlab CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience with Software Assurance (SBOMs, Static Code Analysis)
- Experience with Zero Trust Architecture to support DoD Mandates
- Ability to review and provide input to system requirements based on existing cybersecurity posture
- Develop specialized cyber software solutions and tools based on mission requirements
