What You’ll Do
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels related to systems, applications, and services
- Troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues and provide timely resolutions
- Learn and support business applications, including how they integrate with other systems
- Train on new applications and support upcoming system implementations
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Use multiple tools and systems to research and resolve user issues
- Collaborate with teammates, technical staff, and leadership to support operations and deployments
- Manage multiple priorities and requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
- Ensure all customer issues are fully resolved and properly documented
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a customer support or call center environment
- Experience supporting PC/software applications, client-server, or mainframe systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement
