Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide and mentor multiple Scrum teams, drive Agile best practices, and support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Scrum Masters and ensure effective Agile ceremonies
- Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and self-organization
- Track and improve team performance metrics (velocity, quality, delivery)
- Identify and remove impediments proactively
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and alignment with business goals
- Support SAFe or other scaled Agile framework implementations
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach managing multiple Scrum teams
- Strong background in Agile transformation and continuous improvement
- Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks (certification preferred)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership teams
