This is a direct hire position offering a pay range of $140,000 to $180,000 annually. The role is hybrid, requiring four days in-office per week. Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a long-term product roadmap and strategic vision for the CRM system aligned with business goals and market opportunities
- Champion the CRM product vision and value across the organization to drive user adoption and engagement
- Manage the CRM product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ongoing enhancements, and eventual retirement
- Collaborate with CRM Product Owner(s) to evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and resource availability
- Coordinate across product teams to maintain consistent delivery and innovation
- Serve as an escalation point for risks, issues, and critical decisions related to CRM product delivery
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders and validate outcomes
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Own vendor relationships as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; or five or more years of relevant product management or CRM experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years in product management or CRM systems with a track record of delivering successful CRM products
- Proven ability to develop and manage product roadmaps and align CRM initiatives with business objectives
- Strong communication and vendor relationship management skills
- Experience driving user adoption and communicating product value across organizations
- Ability to define, track, and analyze key product metrics and KPIs
- Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact features
