This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client. Day to day :
- Analyze customer creditworthiness, review applications, evaluate financials, and set/review credit limits.
- Investigate unpaid or short-paid invoices and work with customers sales to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable, manage accounts on hold, and determine whether orders can be released.
- Maintain lien and bond rights, ensuring compliance across multiple states and preparing necessary documents.
- Perform account reconciliations, document activity for audits, and escalate payment concerns when needed.
- At least 3 years of experience in the credit analyst/finance
- Exposure to manufacturing, steel, or heavy industrial environments
- Lien and bond rights experience
- Ability to interpret complex contract language or tax issues.
