• Strong Core Java development experience
• Spring Boot
• Microservices Architecture
• REST APIs
• Multithreading & Concurrency
• Design Patterns
• SQL/Database experience
• Git, CI/CD tools
• Experience working in Agile environments
  
  

**Preferred Experience:**

• American Express (AMEX) background highly preferred
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
• Reactive Programming (WebFlux, Reactor, RxJava)
• Kotlin development experience

• 7-9 years of hands-on Java backend development experience
