We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team in Burbank, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing media distribution and supporting operational workflows. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for addressing and resolving affiliate inquiries and support requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate and execute delivery schedules for distribution planners, ensuring affiliates and MVPDs receive accurate communication.
Manage the communication of takedown alerts and high-priority programming updates to affiliates.
Oversee the delivery of content packages, including ads and promos, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in all manual and automated processes.
Confirm the successful delivery of entertainment programming assets as scheduled by programming teams.
Monitor and maintain the steady operation of digital media delivery systems, resolving any issues promptly.
Generate and manage daily reports for metadata, encoding data, and advertising performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related technical issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols for media distribution and packaging.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in media packaging and distribution.
3-5 years of experience in media distribution, television operations, or a related field.
Familiarity with broadcast/cable television, studio operations, or post-production workflows is highly preferred.
Expertise in audio/video file formats, codecs, bitrates, frame rates, and electronic delivery technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical aptitude with media systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
