- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering (required for safety-critical electrical design work)
- Experience with or strong willingness to learn Allen Bradley PLC platforms and Studio 5000 programming (non-negotiable - this is the only platform used)
- Hands-on troubleshooting mindset with ability to work directly on the manufacturing floor diagnosing and resolving issues in real-time
- Strong problem-solving skills across electrical, mechanical, and software systems with system-level thinking about how components interact
- Genuine passion for controls and automation - someone who gets excited about the technical challenges and variety of the work
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings
