Role : Control Automation Developer

Location : Tampa , FL

Local candidates only. (Hybrid Onsite)

This is a 3-month contract to hire position.

Job Duties: Key responsibilities include the following:

• Develops program specifications/detail design documents
• Codes, tests and debugs complex applications programs
• Participates in the application design of systems, including the use of analytical techniques
• Participates in the development of functional specifications
• Develops prototypes from functional specifications
• Designs application sub-systems and small systems
• Assists users in testing, training, and preparation for deployment and operations
• Has worked on multiple platforms, tools, and/or with multiple methodologies with specific expertise in the technologies, technology families, and toolsets required for the specific project / program
• Experienced with automatic deployment and DevOps features (as appropriate)
  
  

Preferred Skillsets:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  
  

Minimum Skills Required:

10 years experience with the following:

• Developing program specifications/detail design documents
• Coding, testing and debugging complex applications programs
• Leading in the application design of systems, including the use of analytical techniques
• Hands-on production grade automatic deployment and DevOps features (as appropriate)
