Essential Functions
Responsible for Contract processing and administration function for technology related vendor contracts and technology related Service Agreements for paying clients, including:
providing technical services in developing standard terms and conditions and appropriate use of language for each contract document;
aiding in the finalization of contracts by reviewing, editing, and creating contractual provisions;
negotiating terms and conditions and other contractual provisions with third parties;
facilitating the review of contracts by key stakeholders;
reviewing and providing oversight for all existing contracts by inspecting the contract database;
upholding the internal policies and processes regarding contract management;
applying Paralegal skills to ensure contract terms are appropriate
Planning and administration:
following assigned priorities and completing tasks within deadlines;
monitoring project progress and addressing workload problems in a timely manner;
prioritizing work appropriately and staying organized;
providing timely and accurate status reports to management, working independently, while mentoring/assisting others;
minimizing unplanned absences for self and staff.
Skills And Abilities
General PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office product suite is required. Knowledge of Adobe Pro. Experience with contracts databases and contracts life cycle management
Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Information Technology, Legal, Business, or related field, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
