Requirement/Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the event management environment.
- Candidates must possess strong critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and develop innovative solutions.
- Extensive experience using Outlook.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Monitor the Workplace Services inbox for Events related inquiries and space reservation requests.
- Manage all incoming Cvent tickets and follow up with the requestors if additional information is needed.
- Create daily schedules for the Events technicians.
- Proactively engage with requestor for upcoming events, including week-before event contact to determine if there are any changes to the reservation.
- Walk the events space with the requester as needed.
- Writing and speaking skills through written proposals, meeting facilitation, and oral presentations are essential.
- Experience cross-collaborating with multiple business units.
Salary : $40 - $47
