Job Description
Proven experience designing hybrid on-premises and cloud data architectures, enabling coexistence between legacy and modern platforms.
Experience defining canonical data models, data contracts, and interface specifications across diverse systems.
Ability to design federated and virtualized data access patterns to minimize data duplication while maintaining consistent enterprise views. Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of Contact Center platforms specifically Genesys Engage / PureEngage (InfoMart, GAAP, GIDB, SpeechMiner) and at least one major CCaaS platform (Five9, Google CCAI Platform, Amazon Connect).
Deep understanding of contact center data models interactions, calls, agents, queues, routing, wrap-up, and state transitions.
Experience designing and maintaining data warehouses and analytics pipelines using tools like BigQuery or similar data warehouse solutions
Proficiency in ETL / ELT frameworks and data integration tools such as Airflow, Dataflow, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.
Strong hands-on skills in real-time streaming architectures event driven data ingestion and processing using Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, or AWS Kinesis for low-latency data flows.
Solid command of SQL and data modeling, including dimensional modeling, fact/dimension schema design, and slowly changing dimensions.
Experience with API-based data ingestion (REST, SOAP, webhooks) from CCaaS or CRM systems.
Familiarity with data virtualization and federation tools such as Denodo, BigQuery Omni, or equivalent technologies to enable hybrid query federation.
