Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Construction and/or A/E firm project management experience 5 plus years
  • Automotive experience Assembly Plant and/or Powertrain/Unit Plant Not Mandatory but nice to have.
  • Good organization and communication skills/ Computer
  • Cost estimating/scheduling Not Mandatory.
  • Education:
    • Engineering; Architectural; or Construction Management degree
OR

  • Skilled trades with supervisory (superintendent/project manager) experience.

Constructions background experience is mandatory

Commercial Experience is still considerable, not residential.

Software:

  • Microsoft Office Software PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Microsoft Project
  • Primavera
  • Autodesk Build / Building Connected
  • AutoCAD
