Job Description

Belcan is looking for an experienced Teamcenter Configuration Manager, or Configuration Management (CM) Lead. This position will be in the Indianapolis office. This will be a direct full-time position with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have experience with establishing and maintaining product structure integrity within Siemens Teamcenter. They will manage Bill of Materials (eBOM, mBOM), product variants, engineering changes (ECR/ECO/ECN), and workflows throughout the product lifecycle. This role ensures data accuracy, compliance, and effective change management for downstream systems.

Job Duties:

• Product Structure Management: Create and maintain product configurations, variant structures, BOMs (eBOM/mBOM), and Product Structure Rules (PSR) in Teamcenter.
• Change Management: Own and enforce Engineering Change Request (ECR), Engineering Change Order (ECO), and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes.
• Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure data accuracy across systems (PLM, ERP, MES) and maintain compliance with standards (e.g., ISO).
• Workflow Design: Develop and manage release workflows, approval routing, and lifecycle states within Teamcenter.
• System Administration: Configure Teamcenter items, datasets, and user access controls.
• Training and Best Practices: Train engineers on PLM best practices and enforce CAD standards (e.g., with NX).
  
  

Required:

• Education: Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 5 years with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, data structures, and change management.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Teamcenter module functionality, workflow designer, and CAD integrations (NX).
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of Configuration Management principles and practices (e.g., CMII).
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to align Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT

Compensation:

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $125,000 to $145,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.'
