What You'll Do:
- Test and configure computer systems and peripherals based on detailed work instructions
- Set up BIOS, install operating systems, and load custom software images
- Conduct diagnostic checks and functionality tests on ports, hardware, and components
- Run final quality control procedures, including burn-in testing, Hotpot, and Ground-bond testing
- Ensure all products meet internal standards and customer specifications
- Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized
- Support team goals and maintain professional conduct
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership
- 6 months of hands-on experience testing or configuring computers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with BIOS setup and operating system installations
- Ability to follow technical instructions precisely and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
