The working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. However, candidates should be flexible, as the schedule may change in the coming months to extend operating hours, including participation in a Saturday rotation.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Deliver polished, professional written and verbal communication
  • Draft clear, concise, and solution-focused email correspondence
  • Accurately document customer interactions in ServiceNow
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Work independently while contributing positively to a small group dynamic
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistent service standards

Requesting:

✔ Call center experience

✔ Exceptional customer service skills

✔ Strong written communication and professional email drafting ability

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills

✔ Ability to work effectively within a small team environment

✔ Strong typing skills

✔ Microsoft Office proficiency

✔ ServiceNow Experience (preferred)

✔ Technically savvy and quick to learn new systems

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✔ Adaptable, dependable, and self-motivated
