- Be a strong writer who can translate complex information into clear, employee-friendly messaging.
- Demonstrate the ability to create and execute communication plans across multiple channels (intranet, email, digital platforms, etc.).
- Be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Show experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align messaging and priorities.
- Have a foundational understanding of employee engagement and change communications.
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to review content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with guidelines.
- Be comfortable using or learning internal communication platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, AEM, Staff base, Asana).
- Have a data-informed mindset, with interest in measuring communication effectiveness and applying insights to improve outcomes.
- Be a proactive team player who can balance structure and creativity while working with increasing independence.
