Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commissioning process of data centers from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans and ensure they align with project objectives.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of commissioning activities.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on UPS systems, generators, and other data center equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process.
• Compile and present detailed commissioning reports to project stakeholders.
• Review and approve technical documentation, including system design documents, test procedures, and operational manuals.
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide expert advice on the selection and procurement of data center equipment.
• Continually monitor the performance of commissioned systems and implement necessary improvements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commissioning, specifically within the data center environment.
• Proven experience with UPS systems, generators, and other data center equipment.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in the use of commissioning software and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
