We’re Hiring: COBOL Mainframe Developer

📍 Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

🧑‍💻 Experience: 5 Years

🎯 Interview Mode: In-Person

💼 Work Mode: 100% Onsite

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Enhance and support mainframe batch processing, reports, and screens
• Perform testing, debugging, and production support activities
• Work on data corrections, reporting, and system improvements
• Contribute to COBOL to web-based modernization initiatives
• Prepare technical and user documentation
  
  

🔹 Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, Control-M
• Strong experience in mainframe development & support
• Hands-on with CICS
• Experience in Postgres DB & AWS
• Good understanding of Java (Nice to have)
• Strong debugging & analytical skills
• Excellent communication & documentation skills
  
  

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kofax
• Exposure to modernization / web-based conversions
