IBM BAW / Case Manager Development
- BAW/CM Expertise (5 Yrs): Provide expertise in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and/or IBM Case Manager (CM) development. This includes process flow changes, process design, script adapters, and custom component development.
- Analysis & Documentation: Collaborate with IT team members and business users to analyze and document required changes to the BAW/CM environment.
- Code Implementation: Make necessary coding and process flow changes, write, test, and document application components.
- Java Development (10 Yrs): Extensive experience in Java solution development within a Windows environment.
- Modern Java Stack (10 Yrs): Strong experience with core Java technologies including Java Persistence API (JPA), SQL, RESTful web services, and JUnit.
- Front-End/Scripting (10 Yrs): Experience with JavaScript and the DOJO framework.
- Legacy Code: Working with and understanding COBOL code (Experience required).
- Agile Methodology: Work in an agile/iterative development manner to provide regular and routine evidence of progress.
- Standards & Best Practices: Utilize current best practices and help OIC establish/refine coding standards and maintain the security and integrity of application software.
- Project Tracking: Develop test plans, track and report project statuses, and prepare concise executive summaries for leadership.
- Documentation & Support: Write necessary documentation (flowcharts, narratives, code comments) and provide technical training for OIC IT staff.
