Job Details
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong expertise in MasterCAM to develop and optimize programs for large-scale machining projects. This role supports heavy fabrication operations by creating accurate, efficient CNC programs for complex components.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and program CNC machining programs using MasterCAM
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
Create toolpaths and select appropriate tooling and machining strategies
Optimize programs for efficiency, accuracy, and material utilization
Troubleshoot and modify programs as needed during production
Collaborate with machinists, operators, and production teams
Perform program verification and support first-run validation
Maintain documentation and revision control for CNC programs
Experience creating Programs for Large Scale Machining Operations
