CMBD Architect
Core Responsibilities
Design and strategy:
Lead the design and implementation of the CMDB, develop a CSDM-compliant data strategy, and create architecture blueprints.
Implementation and optimization:
Implement and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping to maintain accurate configuration item (CI) data. Configure and enhance modules like Identification & Reconciliation, Dependency Views, and CI Lifecycle Management.
Data management:
Develop and enforce CMDB policies, standards, and best practices. Design and implement processes for data cleanup, such as deduplication and normalization.
Integrations:
Develop integration strategies and build integrations with other tools to ensure data accuracy and flow across the enterprise.
Technical leadership:
Provide technical guidance to support teams, troubleshoot CMDB-related issues, and mentor other developers.
Documentation:
Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and user guides for CMDB processes and structures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with ITSM, infrastructure, and application teams to align the CMDB with business and IT needs.
Role Description:

Role Description:
- Need associate with very good experience in Service Now support, associate should be able to work with customer and guide them with the setting up of Service Now at customer environment.
- Customer is currently in the process of upgrading their ServiceNow application and are in need of a technical project lead who has solid experience in CMDB and CSDM implementation.
- This role will involve guiding customer through the implementation process, addressing any potential challenges, and helping establish the application from the ground up.
- They are specifically looking for an experienced associate who can seamlessly manage this project. Moreover, having experience with LeanIX would be a significant advantage, as it can greatly benefit the implementation process.
