About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Claims Data Analyst. You will support decision-making and operational performance by analyzing claims data, identifying trends, and maintaining data integrity across our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, discrepancies, and actionable insights
Perform detailed claims reviews for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Build, maintain, and enhance Excel-based reporting tools, dashboards, and models
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Ensure data quality through meticulous validation and error-checking
Take ownership of assigned projects, working independently to meet deadlines

Additional Skills & Qualifications
2 years of insurance claims experience (Accident & Health preferred)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Experience with reporting tools mainly with Excel (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Familiarity with TPA operations or claims systems is a plus

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
