Responsibilities:
- Create Civil Plan sheets and calculations during the planning, design, and construction phases of various projects.
- Coordinate and manage multiple work tasks and projects
- Provide prompt and accurate status reports on a regular and consistent basis to supervisor and project team members.
- Review quality of work prior to any formal document issue.
- Meet or beat deliverable timelines.
- Complete accurate and timely project time sheets accounting for time spent on each project.
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Holds a current EIT license or will pass within the first 6 months of employment
- 1-2 years of relevant engineering experience highly preferred
- Ability to create and modify AutoCAD Civil 3D files
- Ability to produce a full set of civil construction documents
- Effective verbal and graphic communication skills
- Effective organizational and collaborative skills
- Effective time management skills
- Experience working with cities, municipalities and counties or civil land development/subdivision experience highly preferred.
