As a Project Engineer, you'll be a driving force on a fast-moving engineering team, delivering smart, buildable solutions that exceed client expectations. You'll take ownership of technical decisions, collaborate with experienced leaders, and work on diverse site development projects across multiple markets-all while expanding your influence into client coordination, proposals, and project strategy. As a Project Engineer, you'll be a driving force on a fast-moving engineering team, delivering smart, buildable solutions that exceed client expectations. You'll take ownership of technical decisions, collaborate with experienced leaders, and work on diverse site development projects across multiple markets-all while expanding your influence into client coordination, proposals, and project strategy. What You'll Do
- Lead and execute engineering design tasks with confidence and professional judgment
- Coordinate schedules, delegate work, and ensure quality through proven QA/QC processes
- Solve technical, scheduling, and budget challenges through proactive communication
- Review plans, respond to contractor questions, and support permitting and proposals
- Contribute to projects spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and multi-family developments
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 4 years of design experience
- Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and modern engineering tools
- Clear communication, sharp problem-solving instincts, and an analytical mindset
- Hydrology/hydraulic modeling and permitting experience a plus
