We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Civil Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise and passion to a company that values growth, creativity, and dedication. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and management of civil infrastructure projects. This includes the development of detailed design drawings and specifications for civil projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. The role also requires deep understanding of stormwater management, grading, and sewer systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and management of civil infrastructure projects. This includes the development of detailed design drawings and specifications for civil projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. The role also requires deep understanding of stormwater management, grading, and sewer systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality, detailed civil engineering design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Manage and execute all phases of complex infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and construction.
- Perform detailed calculations for stormwater management, grading, and sewer systems.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams, including coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Prepare and present project reports and findings to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software.
- Extensive experience in stormwater management, grading, and sewer systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Must possess a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
