We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project development, from design to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D. If you are a licensed professional engineer with a passion for land development and engineering design, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee various engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilize AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed, accurate designs and plans for land development projects.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals on project planning and design.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, applying this knowledge to improve processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Must be a licensed professional engineer (PE) or have passed the Engineer in Training (EIT) exam.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Willingness to continually learn and stay updated with industry developments.
