Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Cisco Network Engineer (L2/L3) to manage, secure, and support enterprise and data center network environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Cisco routing, switching, firewall security, and identity/access management solutions, with proven ability to provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Provide Level-2 and Level-3 support for network incidents, outages, and performance issues
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network problems
• Manage and maintain Cisco routing and switching infrastructure
• Implement and administer enterprise firewall solutions and security policies
• Conduct regular firewall rule audits, optimize rule sets, and remediate security vulnerabilities
• Work with cross-functional security and infrastructure teams to maintain network compliance and uptime
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
  
  

Required Technical Skills

Networking & Infrastructure

• Strong experience in routing and switching (VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, BGP)
• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting network hardware and connectivity issues
  
  

Security & Access Control

• Cisco ASA Firewall / Palo Alto Firewall implementation, administration, and troubleshooting
• Cisco Firewall rule management, audits, and security hardening
• Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) implementation and administration (NAC, 802.1X, profiling, posture)
  
  

Proxy & IPAM / DNS

• Blue Coat Proxy administration and troubleshooting
• Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) management and maintenance
  
  

Load Balancing

• F5 Load Balancer configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
