- Proficiency in Cisco Command Line Interface (CLI) and IOS configuration.
- Experience with SD-WAN edge appliances and cellular-based network hardware.
- Experience in installing and maintaining wireless infrastructure and associated components.
- Experience with ServiceNow for incident management and trouble ticket reporting.
- Experience in creating technical network documentation and diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Install, configure, and maintain edge network infrastructure including routers and switches.
- Monitor and troubleshoot local and wide area network performance using industry standard tools.
- Execute planned hardware deployments, upgrades, and edge networking refresh cycles.
- Resolve complex connectivity incidents and service requests via the ServiceNow platform.
- Evaluate emerging networking technologies and provide technical recommendations for optimization.
- Develop enterprise configuration standards to ensure network security and operational efficiency.
- Document network topologies and hardware setup procedures to support remote technical staff.
