- 2-6 years of experience in networking or IT infrastructure support.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and routing fundamentals.
- Hands-on familiarity with switches, APs, SD-WAN, and monitoring tools.
- Experience working with Cisco, Meraki, and Versa platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with enterprise authentication technologies (TACACS, RADIUS, MAB, ISE).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to travel and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- The Network Administrator II is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure through incident resolution, request fulfillment, and standard project work.
- This role handles Tier 1 and Tier 2 network issues, supports network expansions and hardware refreshes, manages circuits, and collaborates with engineers to maintain a reliable and secure network environment.
- This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with enterprise networking technologies, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with the Network Engineering team.
- Travel is required at least once every six-eight weeks.
