Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of business-side change management strategies for program initiatives.
- Develop change management deliverables including stakeholder assessments, impact assessments, readiness plans, communication plans, and adoption materials.
- Create training materials such as presentations, facilitator guides, quick reference guides, job aids, process guides, and FAQs.
- Coordinate training planning activities including audience identification, training needs, delivery methods, and schedules.
- Draft clear and professional communications for leadership, program teams, and broader stakeholder groups.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, working sessions, and alignment meetings.
- Translate technical and project changes into business-friendly messaging and user support materials.
- Track change management activities, risks, issues, dependencies, and provide regular status updates.
- Support readiness assessments and rollout planning for pilot and enterprise-wide implementations.
- Develop and implement tools to measure change adoption, stakeholder readiness, and training effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment of change deliverables with governance standards and program roadmap.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in change management roles applying standard methodologies and tools.
- 7 years of experience developing training materials including documentation and learning content.
- 7 years of experience creating effective stakeholder communication materials.
- Prosci Change Management certification.
- 5 years of experience in readiness programs, stakeholder engagement, or training initiatives.
- 5 years of experience leading change management and communication planning efforts.
- Experience working within digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with clients on impact analysis, communication planning, and change execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Training development and instructional design capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly content.
- Strong organizational and project tracking skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
