- Perform process duties that support the production of vaccines by ensuring safe and sterile preparation of equipment.
- Work within tank and central services operations to support production schedules and maintain compliance with procedures.
- Execute cleaning, sterilization, and decontamination processes for equipment and materials.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a controlled manufacturing environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations.
- Support production schedules by following tank and central services workflows.
- Perform steam-in-place and clean-in-place processes for equipment.
- Prepare and sterilize process equipment using autoclaving methods.
- Decontaminate garments, equipment, and materials as required.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures during all processes.
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Escalate production issues and support resolution efforts.
- Assist in training and coaching team members.
- Support site projects, change control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain commitment to environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements in manufacturing environments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Basic math skills and process understanding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred.
