Title: Call Dispatcher/Call Operator (On-Call position)
Location: Fort Campbell, KY 42223
Hourly Rate- $19.14/hr $4.41/hr (extra towards health benefits)
Duration: Long Term- Part Time (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) Midnight shift (12 am to 8am)

Job Details-
- Experience in answering all incoming calls and connects callers with the correct extension.
- Answer 9-1-1 and non-emergency phone calls from the public and dispatch appropriate law enforcement, fire or EMS units
- Ability to hear and understand multiple sound sources
- Able to handle multiple tasks to receive and communicate information to and from several sources ensuring calls for service are dispatched and monitored in a timely manner
- Work under stressful conditions and react appropriately using good judgment
- Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to maintain respectful working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public
- Possess a clear and understandable radio and telephone voice
- Experience in taking and relaying messages in an accurate and timely manner.
- Experience in responding to emergency and urgent calls.
- Experience in triaging calls; connecting and transferring calls; setting up conference calls; instructing users on telephone procedures; and reporting telephone and equipment malfunctions to the appropriate party.
- Provides a pleasant and helpful phone contact for callers.
