Aspire IT Solutions is in a need of -

Role: CAE Engineer - Crash Simulation (Automotive)

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description:

  • 5 years of experience in CAE analysis for vehicle body-in-white crash systems
  • Strong hands-on skills in LS-DYNA and ANSA
  • Experience with full vehicle crashworthiness simulations (front/side/component level)
  • Knowledge of automotive safety standards (FMVSS, ECE, NCAP)
  • Experience automating CAE workflows/processes and exposure to AI/ML approaches
  • Familiarity with modeFRONTIER or iSight is a plus
  • Additional experience with Nastran, Abaqus, Hypermesh, and programming in MATLAB, Python, or VBA is preferred.
