Role Descriptions: Develop and execute highfidelity softgoods prototypes aligned to industrial design intent and functional requirementsSupport material selection and characterization across textiles| silicones| polymers| and coatingsCreate and refine 2D patterns| perform digital fit checks| and support physical fit validationExecute cutandsew trials| iterate seams| stitches| and construction detailsSupport EVT and DVT builds| including soft tooling for silicone and polymer componentsPerform early DFMDFx assessments to ensure scalability and manufacturabilitySupport prototype validation testing and incorporate feedback into design iterationsWork closely with crossfunctional teams and suppliers to resolve prototype issues quicklyDocument prototype learnings and communicate risks| tradeoffs| and recommendations clearly
