RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations
- Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems
- Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff; Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues
- Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
- Assess impacts to the business, through the lens of the agent ordering and supporting the project, and the customer (ordering, support, comms, activation, reduce/limit call volume)
- Write and submit for approval business deliverables (such as but not limited to use cases, requirements, flow charts) for projects
- Present and review with VPs from multiple cross-functional teams
- Ensure that the business ask is adhered to and met at grooming and through onto development
- Work with PMO team to ensure that the project is kept on track and all stakeholders are kept up to date with project status and details
- Mobile/Telecomm background
- Experience with public speaking/handling groups/setting meetings
- Visio knowledge
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
