Overview:
The BA team leads project discovery calls; authors and maintains business requirements documents (BRDs); coordinates stakeholder reviews and approvals; and documents internal systems and processes (including JIRA, BDSI project intake, and AI-related requests).

- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations
- Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems
- Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
- Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues
- Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
- Proficient with PC and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient with software development lifecycle tools and processes (Agile or Scrum methodologies, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, Jira, etc.)
