Business Systems Analyst / Technical Writer
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Business Systems Analyst / Technical Writer for a contract position in Columbia, SC. The opportunity will be 12 months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Create, review, and maintain process & procedure documentation (audit compliant)
- Support change management processes and documentation
- Work with SMEs, team leads, and management
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and presentations
- Identify and recommend process/reporting improvements
- Bachelors in CS, Business, or related (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years of IT Business Analysis experience
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Azure Boards
- ServiceNow (preferred but important)
- Process & procedure documentation
- Audit/compliance documentation
- Data analysis & reporting
- ServiceNow (hands-on experience)
- Scripting (Ansible preferred)
- Splunk or similar reporting/monitoring tools
- Experience in Medicare / government audit environments
