Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce CRM) in Pleasanton, CA (4 days onsite per week) for a 6-12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather document and analyze requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud and other initiatives
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) user stories and acceptance criteria in partnership with Product and Engineering teams
- Build user journeys process flows and system diagrams to communicate business processes and solution designs
- Support backlog management and grooming with clear prioritization aligned to business goals
- Collaborate with engineering and QA during development and UAT to ensure solutions meet expectations
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence and track progress in Jira
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and Smartsheet reports to summarize milestones progress and recommendations
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities and data flows identifying opportunities to optimize processes and system usage
- Support change management end-user training and documentation for new feature releases and enhancements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud)
- Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation
- Proven experience creating BRDs PRDs user stories acceptance criteria and process documentation
- Skilled in creating journeys workflows and diagrams using Lucidchart Visio or Miro
- Strong communication presentation and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building executive presentations and managing deliverables through Smartsheet or similar tools
- Working knowledge of Salesforce functionality data models and integration patterns
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments supporting product management or CRM transformation
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
