This role focuses on analyzing complex datasets, developing dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The position requires proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analyze and produce reports using claims data to assess products and programs. Utilize analytics to explore data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights from complex datasets. Develop prototype and production-ready metrics and dashboard visualizations. Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence by supporting and training stakeholders on data visualization and interpretation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and document solution designs. Maintain and optimize dashboards, ensuring accuracy and performance. Identify and address data quality issues and support data governance efforts. Document methodologies and specifications to enable end-user self-sufficiency. Required Qualifications 24 years of experience working with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development. Strong SQL skills with experience working on large datasets. Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Cloud (BigQuery). Ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively. Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively. Knowledge of data visualization best practices and business intelligence concepts. Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as SQL, Java, or Visual Basic. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or similar domain.
