This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
The Business Systems Analyst I supports the operational health and documentation accuracy of the bank's insurance application ecosystem. This role maintains Service Design Package (SDP) documentation, updates CMDB records, assists with identity and access management, and responds to information requests related to insurance applications. The analyst works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure systems are accurately documented and operating in compliance with bank standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
The base pay for this position is generally between $70,000 and $100,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Service Design Package (SDP) documentation for insurance applications.
- Keep CMDB records accurate, including configuration items, dependencies, and ownership details.
- Support identity and access management tasks for business users and related entitlement activities.
- Respond to information requests, audit inquiries, and operational initiatives related to insurance applications.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding application updates and documentation needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned within the insurance application space.
Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in System Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in System Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with IT service management, CMDB concepts, or identity/access processes preferred.
- Exposure to SOAP/RESTful APIs
- Problem solving skills and ability to follow through to completion
- Exposure to or experience with MS Visio, Relational Databases: SQL Server
