Role Overview
A position is available for a Lead Business Systems Analyst within an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team. This role involves developing solutions that enable the business to leverage data as a key asset. The Lead Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with business units to understand needs, document technical requirements, and manage the product backlog. Key technologies for this role include Snowflake, DataStage, Python/PySpark, Infogix, and Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a Data Warehouse environment is required.
Technical Skills: A minimum of 3 years of experience using SQL for ad-hoc queries and data analysis is required.
Preferred Qualifications
The compensation upon full time conversion for this position is between $110,000.00 and $120,000.00 annually. A comprehensive benefits package is available and bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison and knowledge source for stakeholders, the product owner, and team members.
- Work within an Agile environment to develop Features and User Stories based on requirements.
- Collaborate with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and document source-to-target data mappings.
- Work with the Product Owner and other subject matter experts to refine Epics, leading to the creation of Features and User-Stories.
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to detail user stories, define acceptance criteria, and establish story points with the team.
- Participate in the identification, quantification, and mitigation of project risks and issues.
- Work with Application Business Systems Analysts to identify and escalate impediments to the Scrum Master.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.

- 5 years of data mapping experience, creating source-to-target mappings.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading other Business Systems Analysts on a project team.
