- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery
- Align programs with strategic business objectives
- Oversee vendors and external partners
- 7 years managing complex development/integration projects
- Strong experience with Agile & Scaled Agile frameworks
- Expertise in tools: Jira, SQL, Excel, Visio, Tableau, Miro/Lucid
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial services / asset management preferred
- AWS Step Functions & Camunda workflow experience
- Strong business analysis & solutioning background
