- Strategic Partnership: Partner with division heads to understand unique compliance and operational processes.
- Roadmap Architecture: Guide future system enhancements and platform releases to align with long-term organizational goals.
- Technical Oversight: Use your high-level Solution Architecture knowledge to validate technical proposals and ensure solutions are scalable and secure.
- Executive Communication: Translate dense technical constraints into clear, impact-based updates for non-technical leadership.
- IT Experience: 5 years in a BRM, Product Management, or Strategic IT Consulting role.
- Technical Literacy: Strong working knowledge of Solution Architecture (you can "talk shop" with developers and validate their approach).
- Education: 4-year college degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Industry Background: Experience in the Public Sector or heavily regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare) is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Certification: BRMP or equivalent is a significant plus.
- Must be willing to undergo a fingerprint background check.
- Must reside in (or relocate to) the Columbus, OH area for hybrid requirements.
- Must adhere to strict security protocols regarding the use of equipment within the U.S.
