In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business goals and technical execution, ensuring all architectural standards are met while driving stakeholder buy-in for industry-standard solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of End-to-End (E2E) Business Process Architecture to ensure seamless integration across systems.
- Technical Solutions: Lead the design of robust technical solutions that address specific business challenges and long-term objectives.
- Prototyping: Build and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate value to the business.
- Strategy Alignment: Ensure all technical and process designs are strictly aligned with organizational business goals.
- Governance: Define, implement, and enforce architectural standards and guidelines to maintain system integrity and scalability.
- Optimization: Expertly manage trade-offs (e.g., cost vs. performance, speed vs. stability) during the solution design phase.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business leadership to secure buy-in for proposed industry-standard solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing complex technical architectures and end-to-end business processes.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage technical trade-offs effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Innovation: Hands-on experience in building Proof of Concepts (PoCs) from the ground up.
- Preferred Certification: BPI (Business Process Improvement) or related architectural certifications are highly preferred.
- Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Design, or Business Process Management.
