What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data models that support reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization.
- Build and enhance data pipelines that integrate multiple business systems and data sources.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Support and administer Power BI environments, including semantic models, refresh schedules, capacity management, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain SQL and Python-based solutions for data transformation, automation, and data quality initiatives.
- Troubleshoot data issues, resolve defects, and support ongoing enhancements to enterprise data assets.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical enterprise data platforms and reporting environments.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with team members on backlog prioritization and project delivery.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience working in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise data models.
- Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple source systems.
- Intermediate Python skills for automation, scripting, and data processing.
- Experience supporting and administering Power BI environments beyond report development.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within Agile teams.
- Experience working with SAP data and business processes.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern data architecture practices.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
